HOW TO JOIN PAYSIMATI

Step 1: Download & Install

Grab PaySimati or PaySimati-Agent from Google Play Store. iOS users can find Paymaart on the App Store. Don’t forget to download Google Authenticator too!

Step 2: Registration

Enter your first, middle, and last names. Verify your email and phone number using OTPs. Pick 3 security questions for password recovery.

Step 3: Agree to Terms

Review the Terms & Conditions, then hit submit. You’ll receive your PaySimati ID and PIN in your email.

Step 4: Set Up Google Authenticator

Copy the code from PaySimati and set it up in Google Authenticator. Use the generated 6-digit code to finalize the setup.

Step 5: Complete KYC

Select Simplified or Full KYC. Provide your address, ID, and a selfie. Non-Malawians need to include passport and visa details.

Step 6: Approval

Your application will be reviewed. Approval is usually within hours, and you’ll get an email with the outcome. You’re now ready to use PaySimati!
